LOVE JOY ROSÉ

Pinot noir, Aligoté and Chardonnay planted in the town of Saint-Bris, at an altitude of between 210 and 250 m, on clay-limestone soils dating from the Kimmeridgien.

Direct pressing in a vertical press with an open cage, vinification without input. Alcoholic fermentation takes place under the action of indigenous yeasts. Aging for 9 months in Burgundy pieces.

Bottled for the summer, neither filtered nor fined.
