Vines located in the town of Saint-Bris 

Aligoté planted on a plot located at an altitude of between 210 and 250 m, facing East, South and South-West on a clay-limestone soil of the Kimmeridgien.

 Manual de-stemming to preserve the whole berries, maceration and alcoholic fermentation in a stainless-steel tank. Pressing of the marc in a vertical press and blending of press wines.

 Maceration for 2 to 3 weeks then maturing for 12 months in Burgundy rooms of several wines.

 Neither filtered nor fined. No added sulfur.
