CHABLIS ORANGERIE
The Orangerie is a half-hectare plot, located at the top of the hill of Béru. This clos, whose walls are built from the old ramparts of the castle, is located on an island of clay, spread on top of the bedrock dating from the Kimmeridgian. Protected from the wind and facing South, the Clos de l'Orangerie enjoys a special micro-climate which makes this garden a jewel in its setting.
The wine is identified by its citrus aromas, very nice bitter notes and a characteristic fat and ample palate.
