BOURGOGNE ROSÉ PINOT GRIS
The Bourgogne Côte Saint-Jacques vineyard is located between 135 m and 210 m altitude, on the hillside looking towards the south-east. The vines draw their nutrients from the chalky formations of the Upper Turonian.
Total manual de-stemming in vatting followed by maceration and alcoholic fermentation in a stainless-steel vat. Pressing of the marc in a manual vertical press and blending of press wines.
One year aging in barrels of 2 to 6 wines.
