BOURGOGNE CHARDONNAY
The grapes are produced in the Yonne, in the town of Saint-Bris, the vines are planted at an altitude of between 210 and 250 m.
The plots are oriented East, South and South-West. The soils are clay-limestone from the Kimmeridgien.
The grapes are harvested by hand, pressed into whole bunches according to a long and gentle cycle.
Vinification and aging for 18 months in stainless steel vats without input.
