PRUNNING

The vines are now conducted in double-split Guyot-Poussard, respecting the sap flow, to ensure the sustainability of the plant.

The missing vines are replaced by a mass selection set up over the years in partnership with nursery.

BIODYNAMY

Biodynamic practices allow a wholistic works, that plays on the balance of the plant and helps support the vine and the soil all year round.

The approach was inspired by the work of Pierre Masson on plant material, shared within groups of winegrowers in which the estate actively participates.

FOLIAGE COVER MANAGEMENT

Cover management, and in particular disbudding, contributes to the plant's balance, to the aeration and to the distribution of the foliage.

These efforts strengthen the protection of the vines against disease, allowing them to ensure optimum ripeness of the bunches.
